In 480 BC, King Leonidas and three-hundred loyal Spartans gloriously battled hundreds of thousands of Persians to a standstill for three days. For the modern day Spartan, wars are not waged on narrow rocky passes but in passionless boardrooms run by curmudgeons - many of whom have lost the will and courage to win.

Using the feature film 300 for inspiration, I will share with you some of my personal stories of how leadership looks and feels… and how it doesn’t. You will learn what leadership really means and why being a manager does not automatically qualify you for a leadership role. And finally, I will teach you to think like a Spartan hero so you can become an impassioned and revered leader.
